What make’s my salsa unique are the 6 different types of peppers and the preparation of them.  The flavor wakes up your taste buds.  Some salsa’s that are really hot lose the flavor, but Fire In The Hole keeps that flavor. Once you start eating this salsa you can’t stop.  If the salsa is too hot for you, add some diced tomatoes, tomato juice, or you can try what my friend Don suggested, and eat a spoonful of honey to take the bite off.

 

Other suggestions to use salsa on besides Mexican food, pizza, macaroni & cheese, baked potato, omelets, chili, egg rolls, hamburgers, pork chops, my sister even dips her popcorn in the salsa!  Don’t curl up your nose before you try it.  If you find a new recipe for using the salsa let me know and I will pass it on to everyone.
